Privacy policy

This policy explains how PT Greeny Trail Global ("we") handles information on greenypdf.com.

Your files

Files you open in our tools are processed entirely in your web browser. They are not uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers.

Information we receive

• Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us, used only to reply to you.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
• Invoice generator: the details you type are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later. You can delete them with "Clear form".

Live Chat

• Guests: no registration — we only ask for a nickname and an emoji avatar.
• Free members: we store your name and email address to verify your membership (we email you an activation link and sign-in links from info@greeny.id) and to keep you signed in on your device with a secure cookie for up to 30 days. We do not send marketing emails. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 3 days. You can delete your membership at any time with "Delete my membership" on the Live Chat page.
• Messages: chat messages are stored on our server only while a conversation is active and are deleted automatically within about a minute after it ends (each conversation lasts at most 5 minutes).
• Voice calls: calls are connected directly between the two browsers (WebRTC) and are not recorded or stored by us. To connect, your browser exchanges network information (such as your IP address) with the other person's browser, and public STUN servers from Google and Cloudflare may be used.
• Safety and abuse prevention: we keep an anonymised code derived from your IP address (not the IP address itself) while you are online, to apply rate limits and bans. Bans are kept until they expire.
• Reports: if someone reports a conversation, the nicknames, the reason and the last messages of that conversation are kept for up to 90 days so our moderators can review it, and may be shared with authorities when required by law. If the reported person is a member, their email address is included for moderation.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a safe service, in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. You can ask about or request deletion of your data by emailing us.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie on the contact page to protect the form from abuse. Live Chat uses one cookie only for signed-in members, to keep them signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third-party services

Our pages load open-source software libraries from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs). These services may see your IP address when your browser downloads the libraries.
